Get this a lot in Aus when reading the bbc site. Not all the content can be played overseas - usually its just the sport as this is sndicated to other netorks in none UK markets and thus BBC can't show it to anyone in other markets, even via the web.

It wasn't just one offense he got caught for, i think he was flashed 3 times in one day, and then the picture of him doing a 83mph wheelie in a 30mph zone forced them to look into other ways of catching him

18 month bad and 39 points is not long enough for those speeds in a 30mph zone
