Courts in Yorkshire are very tough on speeders it seems.

I've subscribed to a N Yorkshire newspaper ready for the big move oop north and every week there are stories of drivers getting caught on the A65 and being banned or jailed TDV6 - gone

Had a call from solicitor this afternoon , saying that I have no need to appear in court tomorrow, as he will be applying for the conviction to be quashed on the grounds that I can not be expected to know who was driving any one of 20 vehicles in my company , as at the time we were doing 20 times our normal volumes of business , (I am in disaster recovery ,) and the alleged offences occured in Hull. I will then have to have a trial, at which he is confident of an aquittal. 08 HSE,5%TINTS, Factory tow bar, brum ,brum
