Some of you may remember the issues I had during those early months of ownership of my RRS, which were all fixed. One of the goodwill gestures was a free service.

4 weeks ago I get a call from battersea, saying the car is due for a service, and when would I like it booked in. It was a 1 day service, so would be back with me that evening.

It was booked in for yesterday, collected in the morning, received no phone calls during the day but as it was a free service, just assumed that meant there were no other costs. But when I get home last night, the car isn't there. I phone them up, but of course, its after 6 so the service department has gone home.

Fast forward to just 5 minutes ago, and a lady calls telling me it would be serviced today. I ask why, because it was meant to be serviced yesterday, and returned to me yesterday. Her response 'Really?'

Seriously... what the hell did they think my car was doing there all of yesterday? Returning to its homeland or something?!!?

So... Park Royal... do you collect from Clapham?!

I am sure they do...they did pick up my car from Canary Wharf once Range Rover Vogue ‘17 TDV6

Although incidentally, used the rear screens for the first time since having them repaired, which itself was a repair from when i had the drivers side head rest screen replaced as it needed repairing.

So in summary, the drivers side screen has been repaired 3 times. And guess what, it still doesnt work..
