Just had a call from the stealer and you are correct the TSB describes the exact fault i am experiencing, now booked in for new Accessory Phone Module.

I will post again once fitted and let you know if fixed.

Just back from the dealer and i can confirm problem with both interactive voice and telephone issues now all appeared to be sorted and it was, as suggested by Bobby the Accessory Phone Module, new unit fitted.
They have also offered to re load instrument pack software next time i am in (i did not have enough time today)to see if this will rersolve the avg fuel display frezzing.Thanks to Steve and Des at Armstrong Massey for the excellent service provided.
