The LR kit doesn't go as far as integrating with the Satnav display I don't think.... There's discussion on here about it, so use the search?

I Have the LR kit and it is .... how do i put it nicely............ absolutely F g S te!!!!!! Yes you can control it from the steering wheel but only back and forwards and then if you on radio and you use the back and forwards the ipod is still being commanded so when you go back to the ipod your in a different song!!!! waste of money! Sacha P.S. can you tell that im a bit disapointed with the LR ipod interface RRS TDV8 HSE 2007- JAVA Black/Black interior, UK BMW M3 CSL SB- now sold 1968 Innocenti mini |

Be careful as the part number for the iPod module has changed. The new part number is the same, but is a lead in the glove box as opposed to the holder by the steering wheel. Thought I'd mention it so that anyone buying one in the near future gets what they are expecting!

Does anyone know if I go for the Harmon Kardon option, will I be able to use the RRS Auxilary connection to connect to the Harmon Kardon brain or do I have to use the connections on the back of the head unit. Cause I'm not too keen on taking apart the centre console etc. |

The description on website mentions 3.5mm jack for audio out which should in theory connect into the aux socket,I liked the look of this so have already ordered one MY07 TDV8 HSE (BAS Remap), Java, Privacy Glass,Tasmods. |

JayMann I've used BigPockets several times in the past, was recommended to me by a colleague. Can't fault them to be honest (so far). I hope I haven't spoken too soon |
