I used to work on refrigerated cargo ships that often carried cargoes that tainted the chambers that the cargoes were stowed in. You cannot carry butter in a space that previously carried fresh oranges for example otherwise the receiver gets orange flavoured butter - to rapidly get rid of tainting from previous cargoes we had our own industrial ozonating machine - electrically powered and I don't recall coming across any smells that 24 hours use of the ozonator couldn't remove from the plywood linings of the fridge spaces. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

We find Febreeze very effective at dealing with unwanted odours in our holiday cottages. If the departing guest has had a smelly dog or a sly fag or deep fat fried every day for a week the cottage can pong to an extent we certainly wouldn't be happy at leaving it that way for the next guest. We have tried a number of solutions but now rely on Febreeze, sprayed on the curtains and carpets, then use a strong (dyson) vacuum cleaner on the carpets and all soft furnishings. And no, I don't work for the manufacturers ..... RRS TDv8 HSE Rimini Disco 4 TDv6 HSE Ipanema Defender 90, 200tdi CSW |

You should take your car to a company where they put ozone in it for 24 hours.
