Glad you had a great day. I'm soooo sick I wasn't able to come in the end - hopefully next time.
My son played rugby against the Ospreys- which some of you may know is practically the complete Welsh National team. They lost 50 odd nil, but we had a great day too.

Steve as you know I wasn't really that keen at the begining of the day. but watching you drive down the road it grew on me.

I was like that with the HST until I had seen Willy Wonka's a few times it has grown on me to, even though it's in Rimini.

Thanks James, and NickM for organising this event. James great goody bags and thanks for letting me use your forecourt space for that Volvo handover.. Thanks for everyone waiting at th esso while me and kaine had to go find a petrol pump.. and thanks Kaine for helping me find that, the sat nav and the controls in the volvo were a little tricky to get your head around, had a total of 4 remote controls!!

James for the next one, maybe we should incorporate our London and Midlands meet.. i.e. lunch at ace, then dinner at our favourite venue in Cov in the banqueting hall we usually put on! would be a nice day all in all with different styles and a long drive.. plus a lot of people could tag on the end and at the various meets..

Was really run driving through london in the convoy.. sorry for getting in the way with the damn volvo! I don't think i've ever been to 2 meets in a row with the same car yet.. hmm..

Good to meet all you guys in person, and James should find out about that Jag on monday!

Good idea Kam....am sure alot of London folk would love a good run on the M40 out to Coventry....not sure about Ace again though....maybe a good pub up along the way with a big car park would do the job!!

One thing - did you notice how many bikers came to look at the cars? I was surprised and thought that they wouldn't really be interested in 4wheelers. Some of those guys were really interested in the car which makes a change from bikers!

Just looked at what I thought were lots of photos on my camera and find in the whole day I took 2photos, one of the G4 TDv6 outside CHPR and the other, a very blurred picture, of Victor standing beside the G4 outside CHPR!

Could we be on for another Gaydon meet up and procession on to somewhere else then? That would get the guys from the SE out for a blast up the M40 and then off round Warwickshire for some scenic routes.
