Just popped back to the dealership to 'shut up shop', and thought that I'd drop in a post.

We thoroughly enjoyed today..... a fantastic group of cars and people. Thanks to NickM and Tim for the idea, and also a special thanks to Supertrotter for donating his bike for auction, and VA Jnr for submitting the winning bid

Definitely up for arranging another one, especially when the refurbishment has been completed and our facilities are a little less embarrassing!

Good to hear the days gone well

Well what can I say………

We’re back in our hotel after a very enjoyable & successful RRSport meet

It was great fun & very nice to have finally met fellow members & to put faces to the names. It was cool to see what everyone had done to their RRS's in terms of mods, from the subtle to the .................

I must say though that the cruise, from CHPR to the ACe Cafe turned more into a chase

But it really was something else to see so many RRS’s in a line. A sight not often seen & no doubt annoyed any “greenies” we may have passed along the way

I’ve loads of photos to go through & will get some posted up as soon as I can.

It certainly would be a pleasure to travel over the UK again for another meet sometime in the future.

The streets of North West London can rest easy now the oiks from RRSport.co.uk have finished blocking the highways and byways in an attempt to get a decent photo of the group. James thanks for being our host it was a great day and great to meet the new names and put faces to them and also to see the "old" stalwarts again.
Jay we missed your company mate but I believe the rearguard made sure that you weren't left out of things completely. How many RRS's eventually turned up at the shop?

James on behalf of everybody there could you please thank your staff who were on hand to make sure things went smoothly at the dealership, they did a magnificent job.

Thanks to everyone else who donated just under £50 in a whip around.

So in total I have £210 to give to Martin to help the site keep running.

And I have found an HST that I like.................................... sorry guys I know I'll be black-balled for saying this but I could swap my Tdv8 HSE for a Stornoway Grey HST TDv8 quite easily........................... and James has one on the lot for £54k and it has 5k miles on it. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I'd also like to add my thanks to James, Nick and Tim for today's meet. It was great to meet some new faces and old faces too.

SuperT's donation of the mountain bike to site funds was the mark of a true gent. VA I hope you enjoy cycling around your country estate on the new purchase.

I asked Adam if he had enjoyed himself as we drove home, he said it was "Awwwight". Which from a fourteen year old probably means he had a great time. Only one problem though, he is now asking if we can have an exhaust like Misery's.  Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.
