If the light is on and you've got the tray on top of the cool box in place, then there's no reason why it does not cool.

Something is wrong here and a trip to the dealer is in order. Malaysia Boleh!

Yes, it does chill to a certain extent. It will not work like a fridge but just keep cold items cool. It works best when its filled with cold or pre-chilled items. Malaysia Boleh!

On my Euro trip a few months ago, I had it filled with redbulls and those nutty/seedy snack bar things for the little lady.

Cans were just as cold as if they'd come out the fridge.

I'm sure I've heard of the fridge not chilling as it's meant to and being replaced under warranty. Speak to your dealer and see what they say.

It chills my redbulls just fine. With or without the little tray at the top.

Yup mine cools too, even in 35c temperatures, even found a source of square bottled water that fits neatly in and still leave room for a few snacks. Sons of dogs come hither and get flesh

Mine keeps cold stuff cold but if you put warm cans in it will take a long time to cool them, but it will in the end. 2016 RRS 4.4 TDV8 Autobiography Dynamic in Montalcino Red and Stealth Kit
