there is a thread over on Disco3 now about Tesco car warranty, obviously it would be no use to you not been in the UK, but the small print says it would add a extra premium on for 4x4 and prestigious car, so you'll have double increase

And what exactly do Tesco insure then................................................ Pity as I was considering putting my Maybach on their plan to save a few quid but I see Maybachs are specifically excluded. Risk averse or what! Suppose they only want to fix your car at halfords or Kwik Fit 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

What a crap scheme! It's all personal choice isn't it.... if you look at it that statistically more things are likely to go wrong after the car is 3 yrs old and out of warranty and they might cost you a lot to fund personally. Depends how you feel about risk

The £895 warranty covers defects to most factory fitted components of the vehicle for mechanical or electrical failure.

funny.....Edwards of Chester offerred me 2 years ( no AA) for just over £500 but as my warranty still have 17months left I guess it's irrelevant, still I wonder if theirs has more exceptions like the engine for example Silver TD6 HSE 07 07

The AA used to do a very reasonable priced good warranty scheme. Don't know if they still do. TDV6 - gone
