What's a good tire reseller in the UK that will ship
to the US?
I really am interested in getting a set of the 19" Goodyear MT/R. All accounts that i've read from some US owners is that it is costing them $500 to ship them over here stateside so total price comes to $1500 USD for tires. I'm just doing some research and need to get an idea.
Not to sure but did you try to Google it on the UK site try and find someone that way RRS TDV6 Gone but still around

From past experience, tyres in the UK are ridiculously expensive.
A couple of months back, I had to put 4 new tyres on my Beemer, chose 4xMichelein Sport2's (I think they were 225/40/18 F and 255/35/18's R). With manufacurers promo discount, still cost me 730! (About $1060?)

I take it these tyres aren't actually available in the US, then? Have you tried somewhere like blackcircles.com? They're mostly a mail order tyre business... may ship outside the UK.

The size we need isn't available in North America... just not enough demand so far.
I know a few that have used blackcircles, and that's basically the price vip-culture quoted.

These guys will ship anywhere in the World - a friend of mine with an LR3 in the USA was only able to get Goodyear MTRs for that from them. He had the tires within the month by surface shipment - before he took delivery of the LR3 in fact. The prices will be VAT free too.

I have bought several sets of offroad tyres from them and the service has always been excellent with next day/overnight delivery within the UK - they also give their advice freely.
Also www.johncraddock.co.uk can do them along with suitable wheels but I have no experoence of dealing with them[/url]2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
