It's all gone very quiet, so we must assume they've finally allowed Tim to have his RRS Cool

I imagine he's a slightly happy bunny just at the minute Very Happy

Yesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss, this thing makes the TD6 RR sound like an old cart horse with bronchitis! It is soooooper smooth and so quiet for a diesel it is unbelievable.
Nearly caused a pile-up on the M9 as I pulled out of the slip road onto the motorway to come home......... the guy blatting along in an Izusu Trooper must have realised what he was seeing and slowed right down in the outside lane to run parallel to me and eye it up......... with about 10 cars behind him all hooting their horns with frustration. When he pulled ahead of me they all came up alongside to have a view too! NEVER had so much attention in my life!
It is beautiful and much better tied down than the RR. You don't sit so high up and you feel much more like you are driving something like an Mazda MX5 with a wide bonnet. Here it is at it's new home with it's stable mate on the drive

Looks great Tim, bet you're proud Very Happy

It does look very smart, I like the colour and it does look good on those D3 wheels.

So far it's pretty good as a 2.7V6, and 45 miles on the clock! According to Autocar mag this week RRSport will get the TDv8 in November, and that will be some machine.
