I disconnected the battery once for 20 minutes. It cleared all the radio stations ect.. but never asked for a code. |

Thanks for that, I can live with tuning in the radio stations. It will be longer than 20 mins though. Probably 4-6 hours for a complete charge. |

No radio code is necessary. If the battery is disconnected long enough you may lose radio / sat radio presets and, more annoying if you have PTI and used the voice recognition to painstakingly record contact names and phone numbers, any info recorded in the VR system. Stuff such as satnav address book is not wiped out with a battery disconnect, however. |
