back on the thread for a moment - I booked tickets for the MPH show again at the NEC - went last year and its bl dy great. a bit like Top Gear with the smell of burning rubber and I cant wait for it again!

Take the day off work and crank up the speed dial: tickets for Top Gear Live go on sale on Friday June 13 at 9.00am.

It's going to be awesome. Top Gear Live will feature Jeremy and the Top Gear crew creating a real-life motoring experience on stage within the MPH show which, they tell us, will 'incorporate the drama of film and theatre with the thrills and spills of stunts and special effects'.

Basically what that means is that the gang will get a load of awesome supercars up on stage for you to watch being hooned about, mixed with something that might be bit like car football... and maybe even a healthy dose of TG's tame racing driver thrown in for good measure.

Then they'll add some explosions and fire just to make sure that the job's done properly.

The event will be held in London from October 30 to November 2, and Birmingham from November 13 to 16. Tickets start at £28.

With 71,000 visitors turning up last year, you'll want to be quick buying your tickets, so get on over to the new MPH website to find out what you need to do.

Alternatively, stick 0871 230 7150 on your speed dial and camp out by the phone through Thursday night to make sure you get tickets.

OK, the camping bit won't actually get your tickets any faster, but at least you'll feel rock 'n' roll.

And don't worry if you're outside of the UK, because once the boys have appeared as part of the MPH show, they'll be off on a round the world tour next year.

Its still called MPH, just incorporates TG.....I have corporate hospitality there

I'm going on the Saturday too........booked the silver package for the family so we get a drink in the Times enclosure then some good seats near the front! (as long as it works like last year)
