I suppose at the end of the day if you disagree with it, don't do it... but people are chasing for the unfair levy of bank charges and there is now case law that supports doing it. There's always the "well, don't go overdrawn in the first place then!" point of view... but if there's a loophole to be exploited then people will always exploit them. Look at the life of the contractor before IR35 and MSC legislation came along....
