One Medium Rare Heart Attack later, and I'm just about back in the Land of the Living - well in RRS Land anyway. Mrs Nick got in touch with a few of you I think, but otherwise has been too busy looking after me.

Thanks guys....yeah pretty scary - not even 40 - but doing ok now - had a couple of weeks in hospital, but been at home and away for last 10 days..........
