I used to get about 25mpg from my TDV6, which mostly motorways, fast A roads...

As per my prev post - all town driving - school run - cold engine - and when able - warp factor 5 - still managed 15mpg average. . . . so certainly got over 200m out of a tank - but less than 300 even on a steady long run ! So always filling up.

If I was out to buy a new RRS and only did 7k miles per year - I think the supercharged is a second hand bargain - look for the best deal you can on a late used fully loaded one

Oh yeah, definitely... you are very likely to get more as long as you're more gentle on the right foot but that's quite possible at the extreme. At the end of the day, you don't buy an SC if you're worried about mpg.
