Just got back from holiday after just over 2 weeks and the RRS S/C is completely dead. Got in using the key slot to test it wasnt the fob and yep, dead as a doornail.

Best contact Land Rover Assist. Far too many electrical systems onboard that may not agree with the sudden jolt of a jump start.

Owners manual has a detailed section on how to jump start the RRS with jump leads and another vehicle! |

Just to say thanks for the replies. Called LR resistance and having half an hour on the phone telling me they didnt have my details, they miraculously found them and called out a truck.

Mine did this and at first LR thought it was just a dead battery, this was replaced and a few weeks later the same issue occurred.

Actually saying that i've noticed the screen on the Sat Nav doesnt always shut off... one time I thought I was going mad, went back out after an hour and it was still alive...albeit with just the LR logo.
