Wow, thanks NP.......good resource there......I will also order one tomorrow - not too sure about the drilling it to fit the karcher though, surely if you cough up £50 for this sort of thing it should fit snug as a bug?! Evil or Very Mad

Drilling the hole, a little will make it slightly better fit, some don't need it some do

Its a personal choice from what i read,

If you look done the Karcher Lance there is a spring and inside that spring is a plastic tube or jet nozzle its this part thats a little tight going in apparently.

Glad to be of assistance Thumbs Up

Don't do what I did and buy a rotary brush for your jet wash.

I did and it's scratched the paintwork along side the door pillars, the bonnet edges and a few other places.

I wrote to the manufacturer about the bloody thing - no response as yet.

Mad

nasty thing Evil or Very Mad

You should be able to have the paint corrected by a proffssional detailer, but it will be expensive

I don't think it is the karcher lance he is referring to as old or new style fitting.

The brass connector that goes into the lance may have change to a tough plastic one thats easier to fit on and off, (unlike mine that was very stiff brass until i drilled it)

Group buy sounds like a good idea, but some people might have different lances and require different connectors, but since he is offering all types it could work out

I have a lance but depending on the cost you can get them at, my brother might be interested, but with his baby due anyday now, he might have £50 to spend nappies instead of lances
