if you have the current update on your iPhone it will pair automatically. Mine has worked ever since the update a few months ago.

I use an ap you download through the installer on the hacked iphone called MXtube, it allows you to download youtube videos from youtube and store them on your iphone. It downloads them in the background and you can play them when you want. It's better than the normal iphone youtube app in my opinion.
