I think its the stitched RangeRover badge rather than a metal one that takes the edge off for me...

just my opinion though...

Sorry I'd have to concur - the original OEM ones are not great, but they look better. I'm all for spending money on new mates as I change mine every 6 months or so.....but not keen I'm afraid.....a more custom look fit, where the carpet is tighter and well stretched along the area would be better - seems a little floppy

Those ones are just a bit LOUD!!! The colours are a good match for the cars exterior and interior but very in your face along with the rangerover badging. Would you require Landrovers permission to use the landrover badge instead?

I think grey carpet/black piping would look sweet and would work for stornoway, bonatti, zermatt, java etc do you do that colourway D-TECH?

sorry got to agree,

its the lettering that lets it down for me. Wrong type face, out of proportion, letter spacing is poor, lettering too close to edge of border on either end, no gap between Range Rover and the lettering looks staggered up and down - of course it could be just a poor pic...

makes it look like a cheap market copy

trouble is with embroidered lettering, you know what you want but not many companies have the machine with the capabilities or the type faces etc to do it.

really sorry, just trying to be constructive - if you provide what people want things sell, hopefully the comments are of use... but probably not what you wanted to hear Confused

Think it would have been a little classier with a metal stamped badge....

Can someone, anyone explain to me why my dealer fit rear mats arent shaped like that then? They irritate me with the all sliding around.

Hi All

I think robs just a little taken aback by the negative response to them. I can see the constructive criticism myself. The reason for the rr logo being as is, is due to copyright law and as someone quite rightly put tooling costs. For a metal badge to be made would incur gigantic development costs.

I actually arranged for this sample set to be made due to the high volume of subaru mats we sell made by the same manufacturer. The company who supply me with them actually have contracts and make a large quantity of the mats seen in famous brand british sportscars.

They were tailored to hug the rear bench to prevent the sliding someone above mentioned. The colours can be chosen with every order so each set can be tailored to your vehicle.

The price of £99.95 delivered was to keep the cost under that of a set of std mats (£129 @ Local Dealer)

Cheers

Dom

Hi Dom,

If you want constructive criticism this forum is ideal for your business, you have seen here that you can soft trial a product before commiting too much time or money.....I understand Rob's frustration but surely you'd prefer everyone to say what they really thought rather than a " oh my they are excellent" and then never buy any because of what they really think.....As for the Subaru mat success dare I say that the average Subaru driver maybe an all together different client base to that of your average RRS owner? Perhaps we are somewhat more refined and somewhat perfectionist Whistle

Anyway good luck with your future products and I, as I'm sure all others will, will continue to give you truthful feedback. (whether you like it or not Rolling with laughter )

cheers Thumbs Up
