Contrary to common misconceptions, the SC will burn £700 a year extra in fuel over 6000 miles as compared to the much slower TDv6. The car will come fully loaded and be fast. It depreciates a but faster, but hey ho. http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=pajKrJVAyMuZZpUqYNniUIg Let us know what you do. Good advice from Tim by the way. He's on his second. 2022 P440e AB |

Some good points from Tim, however IMHO: 1) Don't pay any extra for a sunroof. It's a personal thing but I just don't see the point in them - as I said IMO! 4) I believe the single screen dvd has been dropped due to reliability issues and the fact that the single headrest units are far neater. 5) Tim is spot on re wheels. Check if buying a 2nd hand one whether it has Dynamic Pack fitted and/or steering rack damper before fitting anything bigger than 20's. IMO, ride quality deteriorates significantly with non-DP cars (Like mine with 20" Stormers) 2 x point 6's there Tim - tut tut! 9) Factory fit privacy is preferable but there are quality aftermarket jobs out there. We used Pentagon and the quality of work is beyond fault! Finally, from a personal point of view add in LR OE side steps. I think they finish the look of the Sport perfectly. Oh and don't listen to Misery, OE STEPS ONLY!!! Sorry, but my point is that he's buying after much of the depreciation is done. Your numbers may add up for buying new, but i'm not advocating that. 2022 P440e AB |

Car sales are taking a nose dive, did you see the latest US figures? Its a volatile figure so here is the data for the 5month moving average of year on year vehicles sales: 15.622* today 15.816 16.000 16.207 16.008 15.903 15.958 15.971 15.971 16.235 16.427 16.486*March 2006 The debate is are used residuals going to get hit harder than new prices. Personally I have no idea...but I wouldn't like to hold stock at this point... 2007 Audi Q7 4.2 FSI Grey/Black Int. 2005 Quattroporte Grey/Black Int. |

I read recently that Chrysler in the USA have stopped production of the Jeep range as there are something like 60,000 unsold 2007 and 2008MY models still looking for buyers Stateside.................................. thank goodness we drive on the other side of the road and they cannot dump them on the UK market too easily! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Property sales up here seem to be continuing as normal and prices are holding up OK for the time being. My neighbours across the street sold their 2 bedroom bungalow on a corner plot for £50,000 more than the asking price of offers over £200,000 this week. They are delighted as they were loosing hope of selling as it had been on the market since last August.......................... They bought it for £155,000 3 years ago too. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
