Still didn't get mine yesterday... have primed the wife to let me know if a large box with my name on it arrives! Remains to be seen whether she does or not... normally, she ignores anything I say. Rolling Eyes

Take it out but keep all the bits safe. No point in looking at a box! Art is to be enjoyed. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

My order was for June, but have been told it will be arriving sooner as Audi are making all the RHD models and then closing off for 2006, then next batch of cars will arrive for 2007. So our orders were brought forward due to this. Could have been as early as mid April, but its looking more like May to be honest.

Im not bothered though, im enjoying getting my moneys worth out of the RRS, if i was driving a heap, i would be gagging to get the car, but going from one nice piece of kit to another, it will just be a nice change. Can't wait to have the V8 engine burbling away!!

It probably won't be that much different from the diesel RRS will it?

Prob not.. i only get 20mpg around town (95% of my driving),
and i drive 150 miles approx per week, and run it on £30 a week approx.

The RS4 is a manual, weighs a lot less at 1.7tonnes and so i reckon i should beable to run the car in the same manner for about £40 a week.

(well thats what i tell myself to justify it!)
Am strategically acquiring a new Lexus IS250 diesel for my mum to replace the megane soon, so i will nick that whenever i get that feeling im burning money driving the RS4 everywhere!
