many issues but eg: purchased new disco in oxford, not all paperwork signed so arranged for it to be completed in northampton branch, was PHYSICALLY assaulted by dealer principal>!!!! as he pushed me from his dealership due to not buying from him but signing the papers there.... (appology and free accessories given to keep the deal), later purchased a FFRR, later had abs electrical fault, refused to repair it as "we believe you may have used a hose to wash the car" said Northampton.... later on trying to arrange deal on newer FFRR told "not enough profit in the deal so cant help you"......! Marshall Bedford every time for me. FFRR and last year the RRS... excellent sales/aftersales

Such a pleasant way to treat a customer of a dealership in the same group, especially one who has spent so much money within the group! He must have graduated with full honours from the B.Fawlty School of Customer Service 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

continued with deal? front A bar inc lamps / Dvd fitted / priv glass / towbar, all FOC, was offered by the Director... rude not too !!!! |

I think they would have been pushing the Dealer Principal out on an ambulance trolley if he had pushed me like that.
