Thanks for that james and the kind offer of your facilities - we are going to stop the clock at the 30 mark......so I will be in touch will all people who have expressed an interest. I have spoken to Ace Cafe this morning who have said they will get back to me this afternoon. As you all know there is another meet on in the morning at 11am on the 16th - but am looking to see if we can have an afternoon (with lunch) meet there, after say meeting at Charles Hurst for about 12pm. As soon as I have heard back from Ace, I'll paste a response on here. But for now it is still looking like the 16th August. As mentiuoned before those of you who are sticking around - we'll organise a night out.

Those of you who are thinking of staying in London that night, please can you PM me, with a preference to type of hotel, and I will get numbers together and arrange a rate at the local Travelodge (moderate price) or Holiday Inn (more than moderate price!)

Thanks everyone for the interest - will be sure to be a great day out....just a few places left, if anyone is still interested. But just to make a point, please be sure to check numbers with me if any members are still interested as we will be making a booking for lunch for fixed numbers and the car park etc have a fixed spot reserved for us - so if anyone is thinking of crashing at the last minute, there will be no space at the Inn, and you'll have to go to Ikea for the night......
