Back in the mid nineties I found Endsleigh very favourable to my young circumstances. i managed to insure a 1996 Esprit S4s for about GBP2k in 1998 and I was under 25.. I seem to recall they specialised in looking after students, or something like that... They did all of my cars from the age 18.

I changed insurers after all those years when Endsleigh quoted me £45k to insure my new £44k boxster S which i traded the Esprit for! I may have had something to do with it as i complained to the Insurance Ombudsman about a certain matter and i believe it cost them a lot of money! A long story but a good friend of mine in the industry who gave me 'inside knowledge' couldn't believe how far i got with the complaint! |

Due to the car been "yours" your father wouldn't be able to insure it as he has no Insurable interest in the vehicle |

How about if say he "Loaned" the money to you and with that money you bought the car, then he has an "Insurable Interest" Speed Limits! not where I live!
