All I have been hearing all day on the radio is that the country is blanketed with sesveral cms of snow and supposedly it has been snowing for a couple days but we haven't seen anything other than about 2 seconds of flurries. The M6 was alledgedly closed in Cumbria for a spell but I cannot find anything on the internet to suggest feet of snow! WE have had our 4th cold but sunny day in a row here so what is the weather like where you are.

Even this far north there was a powdering on the ground at 05:30 but it was gone by 09:00. Flurries all day but nothing staying.

A few cars had about an inch on them round here. Not much settles on the ground though! Looks like its going to come down pretty heavy tonight.

I hate the cold . Much prefer 45+ degrees than anything below 20 .
