Shmoogle. Mine are colour coded. Silver on silver Laughing They show up because they are 3D

I bought a V8 badge off of e-bay(I think its off a vw) sticky back chrome. Didnt look right so I wet n dried the chrome off and sprayed them silver. They are shaped same as letters on tailgate Cool

Not decided wether I can be sad enough to stick them on yet Rolling with laughter

The TDV8 does warrant something IMHO Thumbs Up  SDV8 vogue SE.

Oi, hold it down now S, you'll have me in tears again! Crying or Very sad

Nothing wrong with colour-coded badges, extremely tasteful and subtle. I've had a number of 911's with that done and it looks really good. After all, chrome is very 60s/70s, very brash. So.., ok on BMWs then! Whistle

I can probably do a small plate or 3 plates as 'V8' but it will be flat with mirror finish. Text will be same as LRs.

2 side and 1 rear

Same as end of sill plates

Guernsey 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Rimini Red

Just picked up my 08 V8 replacement for the 07 V8 damaged by LRA and it now comes with TDV8 lettering.

Just a pity they didn't fix it level!

Anyone know whether it's easy to take off and put back? Rob

Easy - get a hairdryer and warm up the badge and just move it with your fingers, I don't know if you can reuse the adhesive though to put it back again if the badge comes off........... I've just removed the HSE badge and added a TDv8 badge to the back of mine. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Here's a photo of the complete badge from the back. I only used the TDV8 bit and you can get them from a dealer. I'm sure that James's accessories/parts guys could get you one.

I'll post a photo of the fitted item tomorrow evening 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

The badging is shiny Baron, in the picture they are covered with a matt sticky tape film for protection

BTW Halfords sell V8 badges for £7.00 each but they look crap. I had thought about putting a couple on the front wings between the door and the vent like the old Rovers used to have, but then the real one arrived for the back!
