I had it but think it was money wasted. Also from what I've heard it's a waste of time putting Supaguard on after the car leaves the showroom - it has to be done from new for any protection. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

I believe RRUK had this done to his RRS before he defected to the FFRR.... might also be worth posting the same question over on fullfatrr.com too as he may pick it up more quickly there

Thanks guys,I was thinking of having it done prior to delivery but at that price if it's marginal I'll just plan to have it polished on delivery I think. |

No seriously, It's all down to the person applying the protection system, their skill and experience is key, whatever brand it may be, I have seen cars with it applied and you can realy note the difference and again I have seen others and it does'nt seem to have lasted 1 month. The key is word of mouth, like any other tradesman I guess. Zmol is the best I've seen, Porsche owners swear by it. Speed Limits! not where I live!

I had it applied at new on Silver Range Rover Vogue 3 1/2 years ago. It gets trades against a new one on Saturday and in the process of evaluating my current car for the px the dealer actually commented at how un-marked the paintwork was. One stone chip on the front and one on the tailgate from 32k miles. It wasn't until it was pointed out to me that I appreciated it. This is a third car for us and is 'unloved' and hardly gets cleaned. Hope it helps. |
