Here the Land Rover Experience Centres remove them before the car even starts it's offroad life. They loose so many that now they don't bother with them - D3 has the same problem. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I wonder if anyone has had a puncture when off road. This is to prevent sticks penetrating the spare. I was thinking about using conveyer belt rubber. Ben |

When I have taken the Sport offroading I have removed the spare and put it in the boot. VA puts his on the Exped Roof Rack he has. In this country it is quite likely that you will be up to your wheelarch tops in mud when the puncture happens so it makes sense to keep the spare where you can get at it in those conditions! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Fair enough. I am looking into the rear wheel carrier (similar to the D3) and fitting a sub tank. This will definately fix the issue! Ben |
