RE. Item 17 - switchable headlights for continental driving. Mine already has that. There is a little lever on the back of each headlight to change the dipping pattern. Or do you mean something else?

Wow Umberto you have been busy - any more suggestions from the boys in the USA? I'll start a US specific wish list if you like becuase some of the things we have as standard are not even options in the US.

Yes but it should be easier to do, all those folk staring at you at the ferry terminal as you dismantle the front of your car just to switch the lights over ![]() Even my old MG is easier to access to switch the lights over ![]() Clan Cameron |

If they can do reverse dipping wing mirrors then it cannot be beyond the wit of a technician to enable headlights that can be adjusted for the dip pattern by a switch in the car - say from the menu in the info screen like you can switch on and off the dipping wing mirrors? 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I don't think they get folding mirrors in the US, Tim... Umberto has complained about that on a number of occasions ![]() My idea: not that it's to do with the car as such, but how about reintroducing maintenance packs like they get in overseas markets. LR UK were stupid to get rid of them. ![]() 2009 Outstanding Contribution Award - Joint Runner Up 2009 'Tech-Head Of The Year' Award - Runner Up Like it here? Then Donate to RRSPORT!! |

I had the VIPpack on my FFRR - I think LR got their fingers very badly burned with it! If BM can do it for the Mini (TLC pack) then why not LR?

They finally added powerfold mirrors as standard equipment on MY08s RRS in North America. |

Wow powerfold mirrors hit the USA in MY2008! At least you should be able to retro fit them - quite easily if you don't need the memory. I had it done to a MG Maestro here way back in the 80's after the then BL launched the next model year with powered and heated mirrors. Umberto, you don't need to worry about $3 a US gallon that's £1.50 in Sterling........................ we are paying the equivalent of $9 a gallon here! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
