2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

VA , I agree about the hull colour, but at least nobody else has copied it! It wouldn't have been my 1st choice but at least I cannot see it from the bridge or deck unless I go and lean over the side. We used to have rather nice black hulls with white upperworks. Problem with white is it shows all the rust streaks and on the bridge in places were the sunshines it is quite dazzling, now we have Maersk Blue overside and cream coloured upperworks, we don't see all the dirt/rust streaks and we don't get dazzled in the sunshine!
Of course I wouldn't dream of telling the man that pays me what colour he should be painting his ships - he owns more than 500 of them, mostly pretty large ones like mine and the Emma. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

Tim, Is that the boat that was introduce to the fleet about 2/2.5 years ago? If yes, I have visited it in Copenhaguen just before it was put in service.Impressive!

The one you visited would be the Emma Maersk - one of 10 white elephants that Maersk Line have lumbered themselves with in their headlong rush to be the first to have a 14,000 TEU (Twenty foot containers) box ship.
Mine is a baby as it can only carry 10,000 TEU's but at least the company can fill it and it makes a profit (when we are no having our cargo diverted to the Emma or one of her sisters in an attempt to fill them up!)

No...I didnt mean about the oil. We've had an unfortunate encounter with a certain member of Arab royalty who pulled a fast one and we lost out shall I say. Michael Potter
