Yep, no problem - I think you may need to go in the "high" lane if you have stuff on your roof - but standard height is fine as long as it's just you and the car.

I must say though, eurotunnel aside as clearly couldnt do it anyway, but it makes little sense that the DVD screen to the front disengages when the power is on. Shirley it should have been linked to being in park mode or something?

If you are worried about draining the car battery why not take a DVD enabled Laptop with a spare battery if you have one. If you have a car adapter you can also charge up the laptop battery as you drive to/from the tunnel. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Here's an idea.... take a book. It's just like a DVD, but without the moving pictures!

You don't need to, but go in the over-height lane as you will be one of the first off at the other end, plus it's far less claustrophobic! TDV8 HSE in Java/Ebony with Zebrano Wood, RSE, Hybrid TV, and a few other bells and whistles.

...and it means you can stand on top of your RRS and wave your hands in the air, like you just don't care.

They wouldn't let me go in the over height lane when I went to France last year, and I was driving a FFRR! |
