Had mine replaced with the ones in the tech bulletin and no problem since. Also, the mechanic put a slight twist in the arm with a shifting spanner.....primitive yes, but it worked! RRS TDV6 Bluetooth, VR, Roof

I had mine changed on the first service (6 months) for juddering and they hit me for $117 Aus for the pair They reckon Land Rover Australia don't recognize it as a warranty issue. |

Don't wear that Redrover.....it is a known defect and it is covered in a tech bulletin. Check the Global Technical Reference at http://www.landrovertechinfo.com/extlrprod...;doclang=1 MLR replaced mine FOC. Service Bulletins are ; LTB00074, LTB000085, LR501-002 and LS501-016. Not sure which is the current one, but one of is! RRS TDV6 Bluetooth, VR, Roof |

I can't get the link to work as it requires a password. The worst thing is the wipers still make a fair bit of noise as they change direction at the top of the stroke. I am really annoyed as I asked for them to check it as a warranty item and they went ahead at great expense and replace them without checking with me first. I will try and chase it up with the numbers you have given me.

Yep, forgot to metion you need to sign up which is free (the only thing that is). Mine were doing the same at top of stroke. Ask your dealer to ring Gary at MLR and he will tell him how to fix it. A new set of the proper blades(as per tech note), a shifting spanner and a small bend in the wiper arms and voila all will be fixed RRS TDV6 Bluetooth, VR, Roof |
