Chipping

Hi all

Second post!

Just been quoted 590 odd + vat for remap giving Xtra 47bhp, and 60ft/lb on RRS TDV6

The guy is based in Northampton

Are these good gains? Is this a fair price? Is it worth doing? Might it be detectable at dealer? And would this invalidate warranty?

Any thoughts appreciated thanks

Hi ex-x5.

Check out the sponsors in the sponsors section.
There is a new one

Mobile vehicle servicing.....
He did mine and i'm well happy with it.

I went caravanning last week (23ft , nearly 2 tonnes) avg mpg 24 towing.
Faster than my old td5 disco with the caravan hitched.
Solo , even better.

Price was pretty good too.
He can probably send you a dyno power graph if thats your thing.

good luck.

Had a look at his site...makes a lot of unsubstantiated claims!

I wish him well dealing with Kahn....it'll take him 6 months to get his bills paid!! Sad
