Hello weeble.

I seem to remeber the bridgestones have a very low wear rating af about 150.

The conti's and pirelli's are 400 and 420.
This means the bridgestones might feel more grippy but will wear faster.

My dad has them on his mitsi L200 navvy wagon. He struggles to get 12k miles out of them .
It's a lease car so it doesnt hurt his pocket but it would be enough to turn me off them.

If you go for them , make sure they are the 107 load rating.
I ahve been offered lots of different makes by tyre bays who think it's ok to fit a 103 rated tyre. It's not!!!

If you go for them be sure to let us know how they last.
Tyre wear is one of the most emotive and opinionated topics on here (after chipping).

Good luck.
Mart

ps.if you fancy a ride along the a5 towards brownhills then Chase tyres in norton canes have good prices .
I bought a set of low profiles for the wife's audi , loads cheaper than anywhere else. Worth a phone call. Jaguar XF 3.0D Portfolio

Not surprising I suppose... would work a whole lot better where it's nice and warm all year round too! Sad
