...why not just arrange a "test drive" with a local LR dealer. The RRS might be difficult but there are quite a few D3 demo's in the network where the dealers are offering extended demo loans.

Bloody expensive!!! Smarticus: agree on your comments about London (lived in central for 7 years!), but I think it'd be more convenient for me to get a car for the few days that I'm there.. Anymore anyone? |

ABM and MHC work together supplying vehicles, so if you need a car, let either of us know via the forum or via our independant sites and we will work together and get you a car. Chappylads RRS is out on long term hire though, so it would be one of ours he would supply at this point in time.. |

Yes, but I think they went belly up due to too many people stuffing them into walls.... 2009 Outstanding Contribution Award - Joint Runner Up 2009 'Tech-Head Of The Year' Award - Runner Up Like it here? Then Donate to RRSPORT!! |

What car did you hire? The rates are a bit much to pay - I have dealt with www.dreamcarhire.com - they are quite good and the rates are reasonable. Hired a few cars off them - top service. |

Sorry, I just logged in yesterday and just read this post - too late for me, I guess. But my RRS is still out on a long term hire - as Kam stated in his earlier post! |

The supercharged RRS. It was over bank holiday, so the extra day was free, they would deliver to my office in london for free, as was the pick up. Possible more expensive overall but this was in my eyes the test drive before i decided to purchase so possibly worth it |
