Supercharged vents... need advice on best supplier/price.

Haven't found anything on ebay apart from these chaps: £75 delivered for the pair. Other stuff they sell seems bloody expensive so not sure whether that's a good price or not? Is main dealer any better I wonder?

Gecko, you can find your vehicle paint colour code on the Slam Panel Vin Label.

Lift the bonnet and the label is on the flat surface just above the drivers side headlamp. The number you are looking for is in the bottom LH corner of the label. Normally 3 letters and 3 digits. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.

I don't want the vents to be same paint code as exterior, I already have those!! I want them to be the light silver supercharged colour!! Had a look on main LR site and they only show the chrome ones... are these the Supercharged one's people buy or are these extra-bling spec? Most of us are reptiles... only the enlightened few become human beings.

Okey doke.

Will ask geezer to match the 'silver' to the same tint as the running boards & front grille. Most of us are reptiles... only the enlightened few become human beings.

Visited my local body paint centre today, owned by Keith my friend and he says it won't be a problem spraying the vents at all... I've asked him to match the colour as the brushed aluminium effect on the front grille.

I've asked Keith to paint stuff for me before and his work really is ecxellent... here's his website:

http://tdresprays.co.uk/

He's also arranging a chap to come and tint the front passenger windows for me... when all is done, will submit pics then. Most of us are reptiles... only the enlightened few become human beings.

Hi Jay.

Let me get this right in case I ask him to botch this up... is it only the fins that need spraying? Or does the mesh and the surround need spraying too??? Most of us are reptiles... only the enlightened few become human beings.
