Well after much debate with LR my RRS won't be here until mid November..... so delivery on September 6th as promised has been and gone! Got a build date of Octover 29th............ let's hope this doens't change as I'll be mightily unhappy if it does........ Why does it take so b Censored y long to get a car?!

Well if you have to wait that long I would Kick the Dealers backside and make sure the spec is exactly as you ordered.

With that time scale there is no reason they can't get your order correct. TDV6 - gone
TDV8 - gone

United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 SE Arctic Frost

On a cosmetic note. I much preffer the TDV8 grill instead of the S/C version.

People see black badges and down turned exhausts and straight away they know it is a look a like instead of the real thing. With the TDV8 grill, you still get the shiney grill, but with green badges. The TDV8 also comes with turned down exhaust tips so the un-initiated are left guessing. Thumbs Up Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.

Not trying to imitate the S/C I just like the look of the S/C Grille better than the one that comes on the TDV6 HSE!

I'm not having a go, infact I've got a S/C grille on my motor.

But I'm on the look out for a cheap TDV8 replacement. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.

TB - until you mentioned that previously I didn't realise the TDV8 had a green badge

My old TDv6 could be the source of some confusion. I had a SC grill on that car and when I picked up the TDv8 I swapped the SC grill onto the TDv8 and put the TDv8 grill onto the TDv6. I think the green LR badge looks wrong against the shiny Silver background. Black works better for me. I ain't trying to impress anyone other than myself Razz RRS TDv8 HSE Rimini
