Hi Brownie 59, sorry to hear that ! My people tell me that when you order a "tow pack" with the vehicle order, the tow pack should be complete ready to tow. Thats how I got mine. peterl Maintaining the breed. |

Hey Brownie 59, if you ordered a tow pack as part of the vehicle spec on order, and the vehicle was delivered as you report (with the key part missing, and can be supplied for additional cost) , then you have every right to be "p...ed off" with the dealer. Why don't you "out the dealer" in this forum. You will note there are alot of "visitors" who maybe looking at a vehicle purchase and wondering which dealers to be wary off. PeterL Maintaining the breed. |

So did anyone who paid the $500 for the towpack get the tongue and tow ball for free? |

As part of the deal I had the dealer throw in roof rails, bars, mats and a tow pack. The tow pack came complete with ball - if a dealer in NZ can do I would have thought that one in Oz could have as well - are they the same importer? |

i called my dealer today about the missing part and he said to stop by and pick it up. He said he would have to buy it from the spare parts department which may suggest that they don't came a standard with the tow pack.
