When you add/remove something on a jpeg image you create a new layer which needs to be flattened to save as a compressed file. There should be something in your menus that enable you to do this. If you were using a 'lightyears ahead of PC' Mac it would be simple. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Who said anything about layers, Mac boy? Whistle

If he's simply taking the images directly from the media card on his camera, then they should be arriving on his PC as flat JPGs, which should be uploadable immediately, no?

Josh - take us through the process of what steps you take, from taking the pics off of your camera to the point where you try to upload them to this site?

Not coloured the vents. The standard colour blends quite nicely with the Stornoway. TDV6 - gone
