Ken Livingson's subtle ways

I saw a poster today regarding the new proposal for higher emission cars to be charged more. It shows a balloon attached to a car exhaust, but the subtle message in the poster was the car is a 4x4. Why not use a ferrari, a people carrier even a BMW 5 series? Silly question really but unfortunately people don't see the whole story. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
