That is shocking service. I would forget the dealer at this stage and contact Land Rover Denmark directly and make a lot of noise about how crap this service is from Land Rover.

Also ring Land Rover Custormer Services in UK and tell them this is not good enough from one of their dealers. |

I got really tired looking at the possibility of being without my wonderful car for 2-? Weeks and since none of the suggestions that you or the dealer had seamed to work, I decided to try one last thing – a hard reset.

Check the -ve battery connections to the body, if it is like the TDV6 there are 2.

I would suggest sending an email to Customer Services asking for the name and email address of the Director who is responsible for overseas dealers - there iis a Director responsible for this dealership somewhere within the organisation. This wiill show Customer Services you mean business and they will either supply you with the details you require and you can then email the Director details of your complaint, or Customer Services will offer to take on your complaint themselves, so that it doesn't go any higher. If you don't get satisfaction from Customer Services then insist you are given the relevant Director's details. Hope this is of help. |
