Spare Wheel

Jus been to the supermarket and as i was walking back to my car o noticed my spare wheel was missing Censored

I am not sure when it happened but i have only had it 7 weeks and to say i am Censored off is an understatement.

I take it the bracket just comes off from the outside?
Any ideas on cost of a new bracket?
Is this a common problem and is there a way of securing it?

ive just had a look at mine and cant figure out how they would manage to get it off Rolling Eyes

if the bracket was snapped off you would have a loose cable hanging down ?

The bracket is attached to the winch wire....It's puzzling to think how they got your tyre off? The bracket locks up tight against the wheels centre hole and you can't even get to the wire to cut it....very strange! RRS TDV6 Bluetooth, VR, Roof

Have you checked with the dealers? I think the dealers forgot to put it back on.
I've looked at mine it looks near to impossible to steal it.
And you think it was stolen at the supermarket carpark? Shocked Shocked Malaysia Boleh!

I have had a proper look and i can now see the cable has definitely been cut.

It has been cut right at the very top where it comes out from the winch bolt. Christ know how they have managed to get in there.......
