Those pictures have been photoshoped. The 2 seater will be shorter than the present RRS. Don't ask me how I know but I do. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

I do very much like the two door, especially as i don't have kids, but i wouldn't buy one as i reckon that they wont be that easy to sell in the second hand market compared to the four door. some of my Previous cars

Yeah, I'm not sure how well they'll sell if they do ship a 2-door.... surely one of the reasons you buy an RRS is for the space & lugging capability. They'll be in a niche of one car. Maybe someone in LR is pining for the days of the original 2-door FFRR Classic.

I loved the original stormer concept. When I was a young man i'd have loved two doors.
But now, junior amore requires the rear doors. 2022 P440e AB |

Original Range Stormer did look good... not sure it has legs as a production vehicle though.

Do you mean in terms of looks (the front looks dated already compared to the RRS) or the mega doors that wouldn't work in a car park? 2022 P440e AB |

Just for practicality I reckon.... there simply isn't an equivalent 2-door large SUV out there (not counting the smaller things like the old Freelanders, SJs etc) so LR would be fulfilling a non-existent niche. I just think from the business point of view it wouldn't make much sense - and with whoever the new owners might be doing the usual beancounting I can't really see the design making it far off the drawing board

I think a 3 door would be great. As long as the door is big enough to get easy access to the rear seats. It would also look better.
