I am having a problem with one of the rear doors.... It wont open! Tried from inside, outside, central un lock, key fob etc nothing.... Anyone any ideas please (save a trip to the Stealers)

Does it seem like a locking problem to you? Or something physical stopping the door from opening? Assuming the door lock pops up etc...?

I had the same problem on the front passenger door, it was a seized solenoid.
Took them 1.5 hours to change it and they scratched my tinted window trying to get the door open.

Hi Ian,
I have just had the same prob on my car, Door locked and nothing will open it, definitely knackered but I have a quick fix, If you open the drivers door and lean in to manually pull the interior locking tag open, with your other hand press the unlock button on your remote control, the door will unlock and will stay unlocked until the next time you lock everything.

Ian, had something very similar on my D3. Ended up getting the latch (front passanger side door) replaced by the stealer on the 2nd visit for it. It was only showing the fault after "lock on driving off" had activated the locks.
