If you didnt allready know, i was going down to London today to have a look at a very nice example of an F355 spider, which was all arranged with the private seller over the weekend, i had done all of my home work and spoken to Ferrari about this car and HPI'd it, so all was good.

On my way early this morning, i telephoned the guy to let him know that i was on my way(as arranged) only to be told that he was still in love with the car and having second thoughts, after a couple of minutes chat, he agreed for the impending sale to carry on, just outside of Luton about an hour later the guy rings me up to tell me that he couldn't possibly sell the car as he would be devastated and it was the wrong thing to do, and that needles to say that there was no point in carrying on any further with my journey


PIS ED off to say the least, i am now out of pocket to the tune of about £150. and mine and pussy's time,and others who have done some research on my behalf, thanks to Cliff for a start

Is this an omen should i give up the search for an F and buy something like a Porsche instead????
