Exhaust Tips

Would it be possible to design some slip over tails that look good for the TDV6&8.
I realise that the existing tails need to point down but could the bottom of the slip ons be cut away!

I hate the thought of cutting away the existing tails and it would in any case be beyond my capability.

Just a thought for anyone with the capability wanting to make a few sales on ebay!!

Will these slip over the current TDV6/8 exhaust or will some cutting be required? 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Problem with those types is that you may also have to cut the valance to get them to fit. I'd prefer a single exit pipe like Larini's exhaust so that no cutting of the body work is required. TDV6 - gone
TDV8 - gone

Hopefully they will fly off the shelves as per the sills.

For what it's worth (i.e. nowt), I prefer the "12" design... Very Happy

Any chance of a trim like the larini with a nice big oval but with a hidden downswept pipe inside?
I was overtaken by a jag x type last week with the blackest windows i've ever seen but with a twin outlet exhaust with the larini type trims.

I don't think it was a larini exhaust....I'm pretty sure they won't do a system for a diesel x type
(or as I prefer to call them , a mondeo in a party frock!)

I like the look of the new trims but all that diesel smoke pouring out of the exhaust won't be very dignified.

Mart
