Really useful of them to tell her she had opened it incorrectly - she must have realised that the second she pressed the button! Hope she wacked the technician one with her handbag! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Yup I thjink so. I think that you could probably reproduce the scenario by: Push Boot button Quickly lift upper hatch release Boot now stops opening as hatch now open Hatch being open now stops boot movement Soft-shut release software goes into infinite loop.... Aaaaarrrrrghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! I´m just note sure how the dealer reset the boot......! Probably just disconnected the battery. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.

I’ve had the boot door get stuck in the half closed / half open state, a few times.
