RRS Customer Survey

I've just received through the post a survey from a company called Lorien doing an aftersales survey for all new RRS owners. Anyone else got this? I know VA did that survey not so long ago but I don't think it was the same as this.... Filled it out and will send it back. They say they might contact me if they find my answers interesting! We'll see... luckily, I haven't had any big problems with my car.

Just to confirm this dosn't sound like the survey I did - mine took 45 minutes! 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

I posted the exact same thing about a week ro two ago. You will have received this because you had shown an interest in the RRS via the official LR website, and will have opted to get sent email updates.

As far as surveys go, it was rubbish I thought, purely demogrphic collection, nothing to do with the car itself. L319 D4 HSE
